Digita Solutions ltd. is a South Wales based company, specialising in creating innovative solutions that set businesses free.

Our particular brand of lightweight efficient solutions have been perfected over 6 years, primarily developing callcentre based applications for everything from knowledge management to intranets serving information and tools to well over 600 users.

Philosophy

Unlike some companies who assume from the outset they know how to solve a businesses problems, we take time to understand the scope of the business and what the client really needs. We then combine that understanding with our expert knowledge of system development to create an efficient solution that meets our client's requirements.

Digita Solutions have a 100% customer satisfaction goal and we do everything possible to meet that target. To ensure this is as easy as possible we:

Technical compatibility

The best way to develop an enterprise solution is to make it 'web based'. This means the solution can be accessed via your computers web browser. Because of this approach, there is never any issue with client compatibility, whether your business uses PC's or Apple Macs, or you're running a Linux environment, our solutions will work.

To cater for all clients we make our products available in both asp and php formats, depending on your preference. Because of this flexibility, we're able to quickly develop a solution for the client in a language that their server structure will accommodate.
